Power Audio Converter by UsSun is an easy to use audio format converter that encodes and decodes MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV.
It has a nice graphic user interface which includes a mini music player with basic controls , the ability to read and write ID3 Tags (with information like track name, album, artist, year, genre), and allows batch conversion with one click.

This program can read the following formats: Uncompressed WAV PCM; Compressed WAV (GSM, ADPCM, DSP and others); MP2; MP3; VOX; RAW audio (PCM, A-LAW, U-LAW); WMA; MPC; AVI; G.726, G.723, G.721; Ogg; AIFF; AU. and can convert to MP3, WAV, WMV, OGG.

It is possible to select encoder options (including bitrate, sampling frequency, channels, encoder quality, and filtering, among others) for the output files depending on the format.

This audio converter is useful if you want an easy to use application and only work with MP3, WAV, and OGG. It is not a great option for people who need to convert their audio files to use them with portable devices.
